3. Products & Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services without notice, and we are not liable for any such modifications or discontinuance.
4. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email or phone number. AL-AMANI reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure timely delivery. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the shipping address and external factors.
Missed Delivery
Our logistics partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered and is not collected on your end, it will be returned to us. We can re-ship the order upon your request, subject to an additional shipping fee of ₹250.
For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders that are returned, re-shipping will only be processed after the full order amount and the additional shipping charges have been paid online.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched. For returns or refunds, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including images, logos, text, graphics, and other materials on this website, are the intellectual property of AL-AMANI and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
