Changed Your Mind? We Get It!

If you decide not to keep your purchase, you can return it easily too.

1. Notify Us (Within 48 Hours of Delivery)

  • Email us at contact@alamani.co.in with the product name and a clear photo.
  • We’ll review your request and respond with return approval details.

2. Ship It Back (Within 5 Days of Approval)

  • Return the item in its original, unused condition with original packaging.
  • For returns, shipping costs are your responsibility and need to be paid by you.
  • We will not be able to process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is damaged or shipped without its original packaging.
  • Share the tracking details once shipped.

3. Get a Refund Coupon

  • After we get your return, we’ll check the item and send you a store credit coupon(valid for 1 year) within 2–3 days. The refund amount will be based on our Refund Policy after we inspect the item.

 

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping (usually within 2 hours of placing the order).
  • COD orders will be confirmed via phone before shipping.
  • Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as :

          A Refund coupon code or Refund in your original payment mode as per customer's choice within 2-3 business days. (5% Payment Gateway charges will be applicable)

 

Refund Policy

How Will I Get My Refund?

Refunds are issued as a coupon code only.

  • This coupon can be used one time only.
  • It is valid for 1 year from the date it's issued.
  • You can use it on any purchase within that time.

Deductions You Should Know About

  • ₹250 will be deducted if you do not accept your prepaid order (covers both delivery & return shipping).
  • No bank refunds will be made for undelivered or returned packages.
  • If you use a refund coupon code on an order and then do not accept it, the code will expire and cannot be re-used.
  • For prepaid orders not confirmed but money is deducted: contact us before placing a new order. If a new order is placed without checking with us, 5% payment gateway fees will be deducted.
  • If your order had free shipping, ₹125 will be deducted when we process the refund.
  • You can receive a maximum of 2 refund coupon codes for returns from the same original order.
  • If you've used a refund code for more than 2 orders, any free shipping offer applied earlier will also be deducted (₹125).

What Items Are Eligible for Return?

Most items sold on our website are eligible for return for store credit only.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Returns requested more than 48 hours after delivery
  • Returns received more than 5 days after delivery

If any of these conditions apply, the item may be returned to you if you cover a ₹125 shipping fee, or you can choose to collect it from our address.

We conduct a thorough quality check on all items before dispatch. Please note:
If the product does not meet your expectations, we do not offer money refunds — only store credit.

     

    How Long Does It Take?

    • Refund coupon codes are issued within 2-3 working days after we receive your return or confirm the cancellation.
    • You can’t use any other offer code when using a refund coupon code.
    • Only one coupon code can be applied per order.

     

    For Damaged or Defective Products

    Despite our best efforts, things can occasionally go wrong in transit — but don’t worry, we’ll make it right!

    1. Report the Issue (Within 48 Hours of Delivery)

    • Take a quick unboxing video or clear photos showing the damage or defect.
    • Email us at contact@alamani.co.in within 48 hours, mentioning your order number and attaching the media.
    • We will respond back within 48 working hours.

    2. Free Reverse Pickup

    • Once your return is approved, we will schedule a free pickup from your doorstep within 24 hours.
    • Please pack the product securely for pickup. (Missed pickups may require self-shipping at your cost.)

    3. Quick Resolution

    Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll either:

    • Send a replacement (dispatch within 3 days, and delivery within 5 days) (if available), or
    • Issue a full refund coupon code withing 2-3 business days equal to the product value, valid for 1 year.

    Note: We do not offer cash refunds for damaged or replacement cases.
