Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During high-demand periods or new launches, processing may take slightly longer—but we’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Across India

AL-Amani ships to all the pin codes in India. We have partnered with trusted courier partners like Shiprocket and Delhivery to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. 

  • Standard Delivery Time: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping Charges : We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders within India. 
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most locations. COD charges  of Rs. 125   is applicable for all COD orders within India.

Important Delivery Requirement

Our logistics partners follow an OTP-based delivery system.

  • You will receive an OTP on your mobile when your package is out for delivery.
  • If the OTP is not received or shared at the time of delivery, the package may not be delivered.
  • If the package is returned due to failed OTP verification or unreachable contact number, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with the tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey right to your door.

Delays or Delivery Issues

While we aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, delays may sometimes occur due to weather conditions, courier backlogs, or festivals. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID.
